Based on the value engineering model and the selected components of the created solution, our services include tracking customer activity, satisfaction and spend utilization of programs. This enables us to identify non-compliance and address the potential barriers collaboratively. Critical success control points are:
- Collaborating with the vendor community and the client to ensure ongoing success with the current supply chain solutions
- “Syncing in” with the executive leadership of the client to manage, change or adjust the supply chain model based on the customer’s change in overall business strategy and goals
- The utilizing of various electronic platforms to convert and communicate push/pull reporting from supplier partner related data warehouse related products to the client.
